Alexander Zaghloul
Principal
Alexander Zaghloul, Founder and Principal of Zaghloul & Company, has advised clients across a wide range of industries through his extensive experience in investment banking and strategic advisory.
​
With deep expertise in global capital markets, Alexander has successfully identified, negotiated, and led transactions in the lower-middle market, delivering tailored solutions to meet his clients' needs.
​
Alexander earned a Master of Law (ML) from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Master of Science (MS) in International Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business and Economics from The George Washington University.

Originally from Oregon, Alexander now resides in Laguna Beach, California. Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, golf, and scenic drives across Europe.
